HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No. 3405 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners pray for a direction to dispose of Appeal Case No.5 of 2014 pending before the 1st respondent expeditiously. From the material available on record, it is evident the appeal was filed and numbered as Appeal No.5 of 2014 and on account of inaction the petitioners claim to be undergoing inconvenience and hardship. Heard the learned Government Pleader.

As the prayer is one for expeditious disposal of pending appeal before the 1st respondent and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
