THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.34426 OF 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ or order more particularly, one in the nature of writ of mandamus to declare the action of respondent Nos.4 and 5 in interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and K.Venkataramudu and K.Bhagavanthu in respect of possession and enjoyment of the eastern side part of the land admeasuring Ac.0.28 cents situated in Sy.No.67 of Kandanathi Village of Yemmiganur Mandal, Kurnool District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct respondent Nos.4 and 5 not to interfere in the said civil dispute. 2.
Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.
The main grievance of the petitioner is that respondent Nos.4 and 5 are interfering in the civil dispute pending before the petitioner and K.Venkataramudu and K. Bhagavanthu. 4.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home denied the entire allegations and submitted that the respondent Nos.4 and 5 will not interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and K.Venkataramudu and K. Bhagavanthu. 5.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of with the following direction:
Respondent Nos.4 and 5 are hereby directed not to interfere in any of the civil disputes pending before the petitioner and K.Venkataramudu and K.Bhagavanthu. At the same time, the
present order will not stand in the way of respondent Nos.4 and 5 to proceed with the investigation if any complaint is registered against the petitioner for a cognizable offence. 6.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
