HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA KARTHIK W.P.No.11552 of 2010 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) On 20.01.2023, none appeared and there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, none appears and there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter. Moreover, the matter pertains to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and the Commission has directed the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs.44,000/- to the 3rd respondent, who was a student for the academic year 2006-2008.

In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
