OFFICE NOTE 06.03.2026 CVBR,J I.A.No.1 of 2026 This application is filed seeking to modify the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 14045 of 2025, in respect of land i.e., Survey No.47 to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas instead of Survey No.47 to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas and Survey No.9 to an extent of Ac.6.00 guntas.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to typographical error, mistake occurred with regard to the particulars of the land in the pleadings and the same was incorporated in the order dated 01.05.2025, passed by this Court in W.P.No.14045 of 2025 and therefore prayed this Court to correct the same.

On 25.02.2026, when this application was listed, this Court directed the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue to obtain necessary instructions.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue reported no objection.

In view of the above submissions and the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this application is allowed and in the order dated 01.05.2025 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 14045

OFFICE NOTE of 2025, wherever it is mentioned as Survey No.47 to an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas and Survey No.9 to an extent of Ac.6.00 guntas, the same shall be substituted with "Survey No.47 to an extent of Ac.1.00 guntas".

Registry is directed to issue corrected copy of the order to the parties.
