ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to quash the order dated 13.09.2011 passed in Crl.R.P.No.33 of 2011 by the IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tirupati, in confirming the order dated 01.07.2011 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2109 of 2011 in C.C.No.532 of 2007 by the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati, Chittoor District.

The petitioner is accused in C.C.No.532 of 2007 on the file of IV Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tirupati. He filed Crl.R.P.No.33 of 2011 under Section 397 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 01.07.2011 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2109 of 2011 in C.C.No.532 of 2007 by the IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tirupati. The revisional Court, on consideration of the mater, dismissed the petition confirming the order dated 01.07.2011 passed by the trial Court in Crl.M.P.No.2109 of 2011 in C.C.No.532 of 2007. 3.

Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor.

Though notices have been served on respondent No.1, there is no representation on her behalf.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the arguments have been advanced in the matter, no purpose would be

GSP, J Crl.P..No.10060 of 2011 served to keep this criminal petition pending and therefore, requested to close the petition and may give a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the matter as per law.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and since the learned Public Prosecutor has not opposed for the said course, the Criminal Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the trial Court to take further steps in the matter since the arguments have already been advanced by both sides. 7.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
