This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), 1S filed by the petitioner - accused No.4 to quash the proceedings against him \- in C.C.No.2BS of.2015 on the file of learned IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 42O, 4O9, 406 read with, 477-A read with 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'I.P.C).

None appears for the petitioner. Perused the record. 3.

The crime is of the year 2013. The charge sheet was filed in lhe year 2074.

No interim orders were passed by this Court when the case was filed in the 'year 20 18. The stage in the trial Court is not known, this Court is not inclined to keep this criminal petition pending.
