Akhila Goud, v. Sri Casmir,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY Between:
Akhila Goud ....Petitioner And Sri Casmir ... Respondent
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY ORDER ::
This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court in Rev.WPMP No.34184 of 2014 in WP No.36408 of 2013 by the 3rd respondent.
2. This Court adjourned the contempt case from time to time to see
that the petitioner is accommodated in the respondent-College so as to enable her to continue her studies. But, now learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the strained relations with the respondent-College, the petitioner is not interested to continue her studies in the College and wants to take back her transfer certificate and other documents submitted by her.
3. In the light of this submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is open for the petitioner to approach the respondentCollege to take back her transfer certificate and other documents submitted by her. Sri L. Ravi Chander, learned Sr. Counsel appearing for the respondent-College assured that necessary steps would be taken if petitioner approach the respondent-College.
4. In view of the above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the contempt case pending and, therefore, the contempt case is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J Dated: 30.09.2015 NRG
