JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the party-in-person.

On 10.11.2022, there is no representation for the party-in-person and therefore, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal, there is no representation for the party-inperson. Therefore, this Court is of the considered view that the party-in-person is not interested to pursue the litigation.

Hence, the Appeal is dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
