The related writ petition was filed in the name of IGate Global Solutions Limited as the petitioner. It is stated that name of IGate Global Solutions Limited has been changed to Capgemini Technology Services India Limited vide certificate dated 16.12.2016 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. Therefore, the name of the petitioner may be changed in the related writ petition.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the materials on record, the prayer made is allowed.

Interlocutory application is disposed of.
