HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12235 of 2018 O R D E R :

The case of the petitioner is that he is an un-employee, applied for Group II services pursuant to the notification issued by the then APPSC. After completion of the entire selection process, the petitioner stood eligible for appointment at Sl.No.743 in the merit list with 355 marks. But his appointment order was not issued and a memo dated 15-092012 was issued by the APPSC debarring the petitioner from writing the examination for a period of five years from 23-07-2012 onwards on the ground of impersonation in writing Group II examination and criminal case was also registered to that effect. The petitioner filed two separate O.As viz., O.A.Nos 9427 and 9424 of 2012 challenging the same and said O.As were also dismissed by the Tribunal vide order dated 03-12-2012. The petitioner filed WP.

Nos16123 of 2017 and 16820 of 2017 before this Court. Pending the same, the APPSC by order dated 05-01-2017 cancelled the memo issued by it. In view of the same, WP.No.16820 of 2017 filed against debarment order stood allowed and other writ petition filed against non-selection of the petitioner was dismissed on the ground of suppression of facts of the case. As the petitioner was acquitted from the criminal case, he made representation dated 05-03-2018 to the respondent-authorities to consider his candidature in the selection process.

failed to consider the representations and did not pass any orders till date. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the competent authority by way of representation.

Heard Sri D.Balakishan Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent-Telangana State Public Service Commission.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the competent authority is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
