HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY Writ Petition No.21824 of 2001 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the G.O.Ms.No.80, Social Welfare (CV.2) Department, dated 31-08-2001, wherein the cancellation of petitioner's caste certificate was confirmed in appeal by the 3rd Respondent.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at the time of admission on 18-10-2001, interim suspension was also granted and thereby the petitioner was continued in service and thereafter he has retired from service in the year 2012 and subsequently he has passed away on 06-04-2015. Thus, interim order itself worked out, hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
