THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12196 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to nonregistration of a crime despite lodging a report, dated 08.01.2018, by the petitioner with the Station House Officer, Gurajala Town Police Station, Guntur District, 3rd respondent herein. 2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

At the hearing, learned Government Pleader, having placed on record a copy of the FIR in case in Crime No.120 of 2018, registered, on 10.04.2018, at 18.30 hours, for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, submitted that in view of the registration of the said crime, no cause survives for adjudication.

Learned counsel for the petitioner endorses the said submission.

Recording the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as no cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.12196 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
