This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in not registering FIR against respondents 7 to 15 and their henchmen, inspite of the petitioner's written complaint dt.05.07.2019 and also inspite of orders passed in IA.No.322/2019 in OS.No.1046 of 2019, dt.02.07.2019.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on the written instructions dt.18.07.2019 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Mirchowk Police Station, Hyderabad City, submits that on receipt of complaint from the petitioner, GD entry was made and enquiry was conducted; that the said enquiry disclosed that the matter is purely civil in nature; and that the same was informed to the petitioner by the Station House Officer, Mirchowk, by way of notice dt.18.07.2019. Recording the aforesaid written instructions, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
