THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 11288 OF 2015 O R D E R:

The revision petition said to have been preferred by the petitioner appears to have been disposed of on 06.02.2015 by the State Government, but however, Sri M. Venkat Ram Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner would point out that the order in that Revision has been served on the petitioner only on 29.04.2015. In this view of the matter, the petitioner should be preserved liberty to challenge the original proceeding as approved by the Appellate Authority and the Revision by the State Government including the proposed revision order by instituting a properly-constituted Writ Petition. Preserving that liberty, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of. ----------------------------------------- NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO, J 30th April 2015 ksld
