THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7824 & 7825 OF 2017 IN/AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.2979 OF 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners and the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant of C.C.No.1222 of 2014 on the file of the IX Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 407, 420 and 506 of IPC, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offence is compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.

Accordingly and in the result, Crl.P.M.P.Nos.7824 and 7825 of and the criminal petition are allowed.
