This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the unsuccessful petitioner/proposed 4th defendant, assailing the order, dated 17.02.2012, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, East Godavari District, Rajahmundry, passed in I.A.No.689 of 2011 in O.S.No.265 of 2011.

There is no representation for the petitioner. 3.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the trial Court informed that the suit itself was decreed without costs on 06.10.2017.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
