This writ petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to grant police aid to the petitioner to possess and enjoy the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.37 guntas in Sy.No.164 A/1 of Bakaram Jagir Village, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner Crime No.277 of 2019 is registered.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the writ petition can be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy. Recording the aforesaid submissions of both the counsel, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy as may be available to him under law. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
