THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.12198 of 2018 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the only grievance of the writ petitioner is with regard to non-completion of investigation in case in Crime No.103 of 2016, registered, on 07.05.2016, on the file of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur Town, Guntur District, 3rd respondent herein, and non-filing of a final report, by following the procedure established by law.

2.

I have heard the submissions of Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and of the learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P.) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. I have perused the material record.

3.

Learned Government Pleader, on oral instructions and by placing on record a copy of the charge sheet, dated 08.03.2018, in the afore-stated crime, would submit that after completion of the investigation, a charge sheet has already been filed before the Court of the learned IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

5.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of, as no further cause survives for adjudication. There shall be no order as to costs.

MSRM, J W.P.No.12198 of 2018 Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
