This appeal, under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, is filed by the appellant - claimant aggrieved by the order, dated 19.11.1997, passed in an un-numbered I.A. in C.F.No.1834 of 1997 in O.P.No.365 of 1996 on the file of Chairman, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal - cum - II Additional District Judge, Karimnagar, by which, the Tribunal was pleased to dismiss the said I.A., in view of dismissal of I.A.No.840 of 1997.

When the matter was called on 29.06.2018, there was no representation for both sides. In spite of the same, the appeal was directed to be listed under the caption 'for orders'. 3.

Today also, there is no representation for the appellant. It is an appeal of the year 2005. It appears, the appellant has no interest to pursue the appeal.
