Sri K.Venkatesh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though initially he represented the writ petitioner, but he gave up the vakalat long back and hence, he has no instructions from the writ petitioner to make any submissions. There is no presence of the petitioner even though the matter is posted today under the caption "for dismissal".

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
