Alleging violation of the order dated 09.11.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22985 of 2020, the present Contempt Case has been filed.

Learned counsel for the respondents has produced before this Court a copy of order bearing proceedings No.E1/2771/2012 dated 01.03.2023 passed by the respondent No.2 and stated that the respondent No.2 has passed the order dated 01.03.2023 in compliance with the order dated 09.11.2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.22985 of 2020. The same is placed on record.
