The 4th respondent has issued Form-1 and 1B of Adangal to the property of the petitioner by entering the land details as Ac.4-91 cents instead of Ac.7-91 cents and issued pattadar passbook with wrong entries only for Ac.4.91 cents instead of Ac.7-91 cents. Though the petitioner approached the 4th respondent and requested to rectify the entries and submitted all necessary documents. As no action has been taken, the petitioner filed representation before the 3rd respondent on 22-07-2016 for rectification of entries and also issued legal notice on 02-12-2016. Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents on the same, the present writ petition is filed.
