Upon hearing both sides, at the admission stage, the following Order is passed:

Having regard to the submissions made by both parties, the learned II Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad, is directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.Nos. 241, 242 and 243 of 2014 on merits on or before 30.06.2015 before the final hearing of main Criminal Appeal No. 745 of 2012. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
