HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.14043 of 2014 ORDER :

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a report before the I-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Gurajala, indicating that the dispute is of "civil nature" and sought permission of the learned Magistrate to close the case, and therefore, the present petition becomes infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
