THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.914 OF 2019 O R D E R :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the order dated 22.04.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.8352 of 2019 has been complied with by reviewing the suspension order and the respondents have decided to continue the petitioner under suspension vide proceedings dated 11.06.2019. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is always open for the petitioner to challenge the said review order, if he is so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
