HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4246 of 2018 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioner/accused seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.208 of 2017 of Malakpet PS, Hyderabad City, which was registered against him for the offence under Section 336 IPC.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 11.04.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Malakpet PS, Hyderabad City and submitted that the case has been referred as "lack of evidence" as per proceedings of ACP, Malakpet and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioner.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
