THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.6342 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order, dated 22.11.2012, in I.A.No.302 of 2012 in O.S.No.201 of 2010 on the file of III Additional District Court (Fast Track Court), Bhimavaram, whereunder and whereby, application filed under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act and Section 151 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 to send suit promissory note, dated 04.04.2008, and also the signature of the petitioner to handwriting expert for comparison, was dismissed.

The case status, as per the official website of ecourts, shows that the suit was dismissed as both parties settled the matter before the Lok Adalat on 15.02.2014.

In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication in this revision and accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
