Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

This Criminal Petition is filed to modify the order dated 15.11.2016 passed in Crl.R.P.No.104 of 2016 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, to the extent of substituting the original title deeds of the petitioner/de-facto complainant in the place of gift settlement deed in favour of her son Mr.P.Chandra Shekar Reddy. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner possesses immovable properties of Rs.2 crore and above. Under these circumstances, the order dated 15.11.2016 passed in Crl.R.P.No.104 of 2016 by the IV Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge at L.B.Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, is modified as prayed for.
