Without prejudice to the enforceability of the order of this Court in W.P.No.40514 of 2016, dated 23.11.2016, from hearing both sides and from the consensus arrived, the matter is transferred from the court of the V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur to the court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri, Guntur District. Accordingly and with the above direction, this criminal petition is allowed to the above extent. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
