HCJ & AAR, J F.C.A. No. 133 of 2019 Dt: 09-12-2019 Judgment: (per Hon'ble The Chief Justice Raghvendra Singh Chauhan) This appeal is filed against order dated 22-04-2019, passed by the Judge, Family Court at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District, in F.C.O.P. No. 1231 of 2015.

Mr. P. Animi Reddy, the learned counsel for the appellant, seeks liberty to withdraw this appeal. He has also addressed letter dated 03-12-2019, to the Registry in this regard. Therefore, the appeal is, hereby, dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
