Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.
Petitioners allege that they inherited property admeasuring Ac.1.20 guntas in Survey No.157/E/A of Dhoolapally Village, Dundigal-Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, from their father, by name, late Sri G. Narsimha. They further allege that their father was issued pattadar passbook and title deeds and his name was also recorded in the revenue records. Petitioners now claim that they made applications dated 29.06.2017 and 20.02.2018 to the Tahsildar, DundigalGandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, to conduct survey, demarcate and fix boundaries to the subject property. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.
It is seen from the record, on 29.06.2017 and 20.02.2018 applications were made by the petitioners to the Tahsildar, Dundigal-Gandimaisamma Mandal, by paying the requisite fee and receipts to that effect were also issued by Mee-seva. 4.
Since F-Line applications are already made, the Tahsildar, Dundigal-Gandimaisamma Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri District, is directed to examine the request of petitioners strictly in accordance with law and as per the guidelines of the Commissioner, Survey Settlements and Land Records, Andhra Pradesh. Such exercise shall be completed and suitable reply be
furnished to the petitioners as expeditiously as possible preferably within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
