THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN CONTEMPT CASE No.2138 of 2013 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of an interim order passed in C.R.P.No.4953 of 2013 dated 29.11.2013.

Sri N.Subba Rao, learned counsel for the respondents, would submit that, as C.R.P.No.4953 of 2013 was itself dismissed, subsequently by order dated 13.02.2014, the interim order does not survive thereafter. As the interim order, violation of which is alleged in this Contempt Case, is not even in force as on date, I see no reason to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________________ RAMESH RANGANATHAN, J 09th October, 2015.
