THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.299 OF 2016 ORDER:

Earlier when the matter was called on 21.10.2016, none appeared for the petitioner and this Court adjourned the matter by two weeks. Once again, when the matter was listed on 25.11.2016, there was no representation for the petitioner, as such, this Court directed the matter to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

Even though the matter appears under the caption 'for dismissal', none appears for the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the case. Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
