THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.37683 of 2015 ORDER :

Petitioner in this writ petition sought direction to the 4th respondent to provide pipe line from Godavari Eluru Canal to petitioner's lands situated in survey No.82 of Malkapuram Village, Eluru Mandal, West Godavari District as directed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings ROC.No.D3/4383/3020(Rev), dt.08.02.2011.

2. The learned Government Pleader for Irrigation appearing for 4th respondent has filed a counter affidavit stating that a 10 M.M. pipe line from Godavari Eluru Canal was directed to provided for supplying water for irrigation purposes by the 2nd respondent in proceedings dt.08.02.2011; as per the instructions from 2nd respondent, a separate water supply source of 10 M.M dia-meter pipe line from Godavari Eluru Canal was provided in coordination with the Public Heath Department, Eluru & Municipal Corporation, Eluru; and the expenditure therefore was born by the Public Heath and Municipal Corporation Departments. It is further stated that the balance part of pipeline will be provided for irrigation water supply to the petitioner's lands in coordination with the above departments with the necessary funding from respondents 5 and 6 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to provide balance part of pipeline for irrigation water supply to the petitioner's lands in coordination with other departments mentioned above, within three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
