HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION NO.3594 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the order dated 26.2.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.386 of 2016 in DVC No.41 of 2015 on the file of the II Additional Junior Civil Judgecum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Kukatpally at Miyapur. Heard and perused the material available on record. As per Section 29 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 an appeal shall lie against any order passed under this Act. Therefore, the present petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. Registry is directed to return all the original papers to the petitioner under proper receipt and acknowledgement.
