THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 2629 of 2009 ORDER:

None appears for the petitioner.

This writ petition was filed challenging the proceedings, dated 07.02.2009, relieving the petitioner from Operation Section, Domakonda and surrendering his services to the Superintending Engineer/OP/Nizamabad.

While admitting the writ petition on 12.02.2009, this Court in WPMP No.3366 of 2009, suspended the proceedings, dated 07.02.2009. The said WPMP was ultimately dismissed on 28.04.2009. As a result of dismissal of WPMP, the petitioners have been continuing in the surrendered area. Thus, no cause of action survives for consideration in the present writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
