THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 14485 of 2019 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not taking any action in pursuant to the Crime No.1477 of 2017, dt.08.11.2017.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that a Notice under Section 91 Cr.P.C. was issued to the petitioner/complainant on 12.07.2019 to produce the documents/evidence in support of his complaint; that on that notice, the petitioner approached the investigating officer, but, failed to produce any documents and witnesses in support of his complaint. He further submits that after collecting documents and examining the witnesses, appropriate report will be filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the notice issued by the respondent police, petitioner produced necessary documents.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to complete the investigation and file appropriate report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
