ORDER:- Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Petitioners contend in this writ petition of unlawful interference by the third respondent and attempt of dispossession from their lands, as set out in the prayer. Petitioners based their claim on the basis of an undertaking said to have been obtained by them from the Special Assistant Agent and Sub-Divisional Magistrate (Mobile Court), Bhadrachalam, in I.A.No.106 of 2013 in O.S.No.157 of 2013 against the defendants therein.

3. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue was required to get instructions. Today, learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that he is no way concerned with the civil disputes between the petitioners and the fourth respondent and the third respondent has never visited, threatened or tried to dispossess the petitioners.

4. Since the allegation of interference is emphatically denied, it is apparent that the writ petition is filed merely on an apprehension.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR, J November 25, 2015 LMV
