Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized in Kothagudem in Khammam District. The petitioner, who is the wife, resides in Khammam District. She filed a Domestic Violence Case - D.V.C.No.7 of 2010 under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, on the file of the Court of the I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Kothagudem. It is stated that the said case has been disposed of. The husband, thereafter, filed H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District, seeking dissolution of marriage. 3.

The wife, who is the respondent in that petition, filed the present petition seeking transfer of that H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District, to the place, where she resides, i.e., Kothagudem.

Having perused the grounds stated in the affidavit accompanying this petition, I am satisfied that sufficient grounds have been made out for transfer of H.M.O.P.No.44 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Avanigadda, Krishna District, to the Court of the Senior Civil

Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District. Such transfer is hereby ordered.

The Transfer C.M.P., is accordingly allowed.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
