Though the Court is not convinced on the maintainability of the Writ Petition itself, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the petitioner died long ago and the whereabouts of his legal representatives are not known.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. There shall be no order as to costs.

The Miscellaneous Petition, if any, filed in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
