The petitioner by filing I.A.No.1 of 2019 prays for withdrawal of C.C.No.917 of 2019.

In normal circumstances, this Court does not permit the contempt case to be withdrawn. As it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the village elders assured that the land of the petitioner would be saved by re-aligning the road, without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is allowed.
