HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.4958 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Home for respondents 1 to 4 and also learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 & 6 and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and other material on record.

What is the submission of the learned Government Pleader for Home on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4 is that they are no way interfering, but for investigating the crime No.724/2016 dated 05.10.2016 registered against the petitioner on the report of the 5th respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 447 & 506 IPC admittedly pending as per the writ petition averments. The learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 & 6 also reiterated the same. Having regard to the above and by recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 not to interfere with the petitioner's personal liberty except through due process of law that too for any requirement for the purpose of investigation to call by written requisition. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed. No costs.
