CVNR,J & GSP, J Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue a writ, order or direction and more particularly one in the nature of writ of certiorari by calling for the records relating to the award, dated 14.09.2012 passed by the 2nd respondent vide L.A.No.379 of 2012 in O.S.No.351 of 2010 on the file of the Bench of Lok Adalat, Tirupati and quash the same and declare as illegal, arbitrary, against the rights guaranteed by the Constitution of India, more particularly against the fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution of India".

After arguing the case, Mr.Ch.Venkat Raman, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

As a sequel to the dismissal of the writ petition, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2018 are dismissed as infructuous.
