HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of agricultural land to an extent of Ac.2.38 guntas in Sy.No.469, Ac.0.181⁄2 guntas in Sy.No.476, and Ac.3.35 guntas in Sy.No.477 of Indharam village, Jaipur Mandal, Mancherial district. Petitioner claims to have applied for conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes on 25.03.2019 by enclosing the relevant documents and by paying requisite conversion fee. According to learned counsel for petitioner, on submission of application, relevant information is sought from the subordinate authorities and the subordinate authorities have submitted the information, but so far the 2nd respondent is not taking a decision on the application made by the petitioner and the same is illegal. 2.

The application, payment of fee, and the information furnished by the Tahsildar, are enclosed to the writ petition paper book. 3.

Having regard to the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to process the application of petitioner stated to have been submitted on 23.03.2019 for conversion of land claimed to have been owned by him for non-agricultural purposes and communicate the decision thereon to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
