HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO. 2808 OF 2017 ORDER:
This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 to 5 in failing to conduct investigation by filing charge sheet in Crime No. 483 of 2015 dated 10.09.2015.
The learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions submits that the investigation revealed that the complainant subscribed more than 65 chits fraudulently in various branches and he has no capacity to pay an amount of Rs. 1,75,000/- per month and thus committed default in paying the instalments and his name was removed from the list of subscribers and instead of complaining the Registrar, the complaint lodged the complaint and it is noticed that it is civil in nature. After obtaining permission from the Assistant Commissioner of Police, South Zone, Vijayawada, a notice was served on the complainant on 28.2.2017 stating that the final report would be filed to the concerned Court.
In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
