THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4700 of 2006 ORDER:

This revision is filed questioning the order dated 31.08.2006 passed in I.A.No.1030 of 2006 in O.S.No.1652 of 2005 on the file of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, whereunder, respondents 1 and 2 were directed to withhold retiremental benefits of 4th respondent to a tune of Rs.4,00,000/-.

2. It appears that a writ petition was filed and against that writ order, a writ appeal was also filed and the said writ appeal was disposed of on 27.10.2014 by recording that in view of the developments taken place during the pendency of the writ appeal, nothing remains to be decided in the writ appeal.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, neither the advocate for petitioner is present nor is any representation made on his behalf.

4. Therefore, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision petition shall stand dismissed.
