HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO WRIT PETITION No.15285 OF 2014 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not surveying the land of the petitioner despite giving representations as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, direct the respondent to survey the land of the petitioner in Survey No.599, admeasuring Acres 0.33 Guntas situated at Palmakula Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

When the matter is taken up hearing, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the application of the petitioner, a survey was conducted on 19.06.2014 and furnished a copy of the brief note of the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, along with the panchanama. 3.
