HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.No.14550 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.12618 of 2019 dated 25.06.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the recommendations made by the 2nd respondent for regularization of services of the petitioners vide proceedings dated 10.10.2018 and 01.11.2018 by duly taking into account the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Karnataka and Others Vs. Umadevi1 and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
