This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 06-07-2015, wherein he has raised certain objections for grant of building permission to respondent No.3 in respect of the property purchased by the latter vide registered sale deed, dated 23-01-2015.

Mr.E.Madan Mohan Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner has addressed letter, dated 28-122015, to the Registry wherein he has requested to post the Writ Petition under the caption 'for withdrawal' on the ground that his client has instructed him to withdraw the Writ Petition as the cause does not survive.

Today, at the hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner has reiterated the same.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition,

WVMP.No.3836 of 2015 in/& WPMP.No.35333 of 2015 are disposed of as infructuous.
