HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No. 34091 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not passing orders on the representations as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, who submits that in respect of grievance of the petitioner, though she made representations dated 04.11.2016 and 23.08.2017 to the 1st respondent, no orders are passed on the same and that they are pending with the 1st respondent. In view of the same, since the representations of the petitioner dated 04.11.2016 and 23.08.2017 are admittedly pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representations of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand disposed of.
